The IO S shearing concept revolutionizes the usual idea of round and shaped tubes cutting. The shearing process by means of inner and outer tools is extremely quick, works without needs for lubricant or emulsion and gives a perfect cut without burrs. Shearing inserts can be easily resharpened. The application is profitable both for tube rod cutting or trimming after upstream processes.

Deformation and bending in the same production stage. The CNC Wecomatic technique leads the deformation. The integration with a bending unit allows a cost-saving processes combination. It possible to realize bent tubes up to 90°, with deformation on one side, without oversized material (tube ends) and in the same production stage.
