We would like to introduce our new innovation ''Rotobrush''.
The Rotobrush has been developed to deburr tube ends with diameters 10 mm - 170 mm after cutting process.
In the conception of the machine, we placed a high importance in: safety, easy maintenance, easy handling, cheap and space saving.

29_04_2018 - Wecotech's presence at Tube 2018 in Düsseldorf (16 – 20 April 2018)
Traditionally, Wecotech was once again represented at this year's Tube in Düsseldorf.
We were overwhelmed and excited about the big run of the estimated fair visitors on our exhibition booth, during the five high-energy trade fair days. In numerous intensive and technical consultation and expert discussions we were able to present our tube end forming solutions.
In live machine presentations we explained our novelties and illustrated the various applications and possibilities in tube end forming.
We are very pleased that our innovations and further developments attracted such a great interest.
We would like to thank our existing customers coming from all over the world as well as the many prospective customers for their visit at our exhibition booth.
We are pleased to have the continuing ability to convince you with our innovations in Swiss quality.

In 2018 Wecotech reached another milestone by building the Wecomatic-High-Speed 1280 x 200. With this machine diameters up to 1'200 mm can be formed.

Wecotech AG has now an official representative in Mexico and South America.
All customers in this region who are interested in high-quality products for tube end forming can contact OMNI-X, from now on.
The employees of OMNI-X have been trained on-site at Wecotech on the application and handling of our machines and are competent to carry out a successful alliance with Wecotech.

Traditionally, Wecotech was once again represented at this year's Tube in Düsseldorf.
We were overwhelmed and excited about the big run of the estimated fair visitors on our exhibition booth, during the five high-energy trade fair days. In numerous intensive and technical consultation and expert discussions we were able to present our tube end forming solutions.
The innovations were very well received by our existing customers coming from all over the world as well as by many potential customers.
In live machine presentations we explained our innovations and further developments and illustrated the various applications and possibilities in tube end forming.
The advanced and improved Tubecut convinced by a burr-free and chipless cut without the addition of emulsions or oil. The easy tool change and parts ejector justify Wecotech's cutting concept.
Wecotech presented amongst others also the Tubex-Electra – an expanding machine fully electric without hydraulic drive.
In addition, we introduced and demonstrated our new tool lubrication system which attracted a great deal of interest from our existing customers: cheap, clean and efficient.

01_02_2016 - Wecomatic 11kW APPROVED BY THE TÜV
Faster, less expensive, more precise, more process-safe, more efficient, more user-friendly...
...all these are characteristics of the newest technology of Wecomatic – But safety does not fall short.
Our customer - Faurecia Emission Control Technologies – demands that all machines are approved by the TÜV.
So we could intensively focus on this topic for this special project.
Safety had top priority of course for this project, naturally beside the optimum functionality.
This Wecomatic fulfils the requirements for Performance Level “d” and so meets a high security standard in mechanical engineering.
In this way we have learned many new things and therefore we are able to realize even more optimizations of our Tube-End-Forming machines in the future.
A scanner which is integrated in the machine offers a new dimension of process security. It is intended to ensure that the integrated forming tool corresponds to the selected forming program.
Our passion and our knowledge are responsible for developing the tailor-made machine for the customer.
That is once more proved by this project.
